Jio will soon start offering benefits worth Rs. 3,595 - namely bundled data and vouchers - to customers who buy the JioFi 4G hotspot. Gadgets 360 has learned that under the new offer, JioFi 4G hotspot will be available with at Rs. 1,999 and come with bundled data worth up to Rs. 1,295 and vouchers worth Rs. 2,300 from AJIO, Reliance Digital, and Paytm. For customers who do not want to opt for this offer, the JioFi device will still be available for Rs. 999, the same price it has been selling for since September last year.

Under the upcoming offer, customers buying the JioFi hotspot device at Rs. 1,999 will get free data worth Rs. 1,295 - they will be able to choose between plans with daily data allocation of 1.5GB, 2GB, and 3GB. The total value of the Paytm, AJIO, and Reliance Digital offers together will be Rs. 2,300. With both combined, the buyer will get a total benefit of Rs. 3,595 on buying JioFi hotspot at an extra price.

The new Jio offer is not yet live, but is expected to become official later on Thursday via the official website of the telecom operator. More details of the free data benefits and values of the vouchers for each company will likely be revealed at the time.

Last year, Reliance Jio dropped the price of the JioFi 4G hotspot from the original Rs. 1,999 to Rs. 999. That was a move to convince customers to start using Jio as a network for their hotspot connection. However, the telecom operator has now brought price back to Rs. 1,999, but giving more benefits to keep the users on its network. Airtel late last year cut the price of its 4G hotspot to Rs. 999 to take on Reliance JioFi. The operator also recently partnered with Amazon India to sell the Airtel 4G hotspot online in the country.
