Tecno Pova 3 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 processor. It comes with 4GB, 6GB of RAM. The Tecno Pova 3 runs Android 11 and is powered by a 7000mAh non-removable battery. The Tecno Pova 3 supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Tecno Pova 3 on the rear packs 50-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor.

The Tecno Pova 3 runs HiOS is based on Android 11 and packs 64GB, 128GB of inbuilt storage. The Tecno Pova 3 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Tecno Pova 3 measures 173.10 x 78.46 x 9.44mm (height x width x thickness) . It was launched in Eco Black, Electric Blue, and Tech Silver colours.

Connectivity options on the Tecno Pova 3 include Wi-Fi, GPS, USB OTG, USB Type-C, FM radio, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
