We bought a new TCL 55" Android TV a few months back and within a year the TV is not working and we raised a claim to customer service on 31st Dec 2022 (Complaint number : IN122022069556). We have called the service center many times, but very poor service from your service center, Initially we are said that new TV has been shipped and we will get the TV installed before 10th of Jan, Later this timeline went to 15th Jan and we are informed that refurbished TV has been shipped. We are not ready to accept the refurbished TV and same has been confirmed to your customer care to send the new TV and they have denied and no proper response from them. We have asked for an escalation team or to connect to the senior lead where our calls are unanswered. Twice a call back from escalation team has been booked by the customer care agent but we have not received any call. Today on 18th Jan when we called your customer care they are saying it will take another 3 days and TV is in shipment. Not sure why customer care gives wrong information and wrong commitment to the customer if they are not aware. We have already waited for nearly 18days and the experience we are going through with TCL is very bad.

HDR 10, Micro Dimming, Dynamic Contrast. If you don't bother much with a smart tv, this one is im pressive.Great for gaming on the Xbox too

For this budget range really worth product, try HD movies you will good clarity.TV sound also loud enough, can feel some bit bass also.TV settings navigation needs to refine.

Go for it as it is upcoming brand. More it is having good picture and sound quality and having 3 years warranty if purchased from vijay sales

Tv price is resoanble being a smart tv with 4K only problem I am having not able to download amazon prime app as well other apps, default Netflix is dere.

Till now Tv sounds perfect value for money.I am using TCL since 2015 never had any issue in UAE that trust made me to go for India TCL hope its remains grt as my prvious LED Tv

Well... I knew TCL had a good reputation especially in the Western Countries Like US, Canada and even in the UK. But I was a little skeptical when I placed this order because I haven?t seen anyone appreciating or even using this brand in India. Then I thought just chuck it.. Lets order and see how it goes... And to be honest, seriously, the picture quality of the device is tooooo good in this price range... Way better than any Mi or Vu or Cloudwalker products available out there.The TV is not too smart since it is not an Android TV. I was aware about it when I bought this TV and thats why without any regrets I had ordered the Amazon Firestick 4K along with this TV. And to be honest even though I had to spend an extra 6K to get the overall Best Smart TV experience, collectively it definitely still stands as a value for money since you do not get such a good offering from any other brand even if you spend 30 or 40k...Vu and some other brands have launched 4k TVs in the 30k price segment but all these models don?t have official support for Netflix or Primevideo and the smart tv experience is not complete at all.... Infact, at times its even much worse... I have an LG 4k TV and I know how the inherent smart TV experience is all about... It can never compete with the likes of Fire TV or Apple TV or a Roku... And please don?t get those cheap android boxes... They are useless... Seriously!!!!Coming to this TV!!!Pros*The colour quality and reproduction is amazing and even if not better than or like Samsung or Sony or Hisense it is almost on par with mid premium brands like LG*This TV supports HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2 and supports 4k upto 60fps through HDMI inputs*The volume is really loud and is sufficient enough for watching movies and even for listening to Music if you are not much of an Audiophile. And if you are one, you know what you have to do.*HDR also works through the HDMI inputs which is great as most of the TVs in this price range don?t support HDR over HDMI.*Best Value for Money. NOTHING can beat this.Cons*Smart TV experience could have been better and they could have used Android instead of linux*HDR is not so immersive albeit it does work fine or even better than most of the budget oriented TVs.Will definitely recommend it to my friends who are looking to purchase a TV.

Yess i like all the features of tcl is very nice...but only one problem in the tcast after connecting to tcl tv then here i got a problem to see phots videos audio it displays a msg that file not supported . Iwant the solution for that problem..Other than that tv is superb...
