Product worth the price but don?t expect installtion services from amazon

the worst thing with the product is installation service. No one came for installtion inspite constant calls to amazon customer care and service provider. Had to get the service done through local technician and had to pay him from my pocket.I believe large appliances should not be puchased from amazon

The display started giving just vertical lines all of a sudden. Shared the pic with Amazon. They agreed to take it and refund my money. Amazon was good but I lost trust in TCL. Walked into a reliance digital next day and got a reconnect TV. Working fine without any issues. I was anyway looking for a budget TV. Served my purpose.
