Everything is good but installation process is not good... V but service from company... It's their responsibility to make sure that it's installed after it's delivered.... V bad in belgaum.... I m not satisfied with their service.... We received the TV before 2 days but not yet installed..... After calling costumer care they said we need to go to office to register for installation... It's better to do ourselves 😡😡😡😡

Excellent Product. Amazing sound. Sound quality is rocking. It is a Full HD tv and not HD ready tv as mentioned. Picture quality is good, but not better than high branded TVs but at this price it is reasonable, but still good for small room and small family.

Never buy products from TCL. They sell you products and charge you for Installation whereas its no where mentioned on the Flipkart Website that installation will be charged.

Is this a hdtv or a full hd tv? I'm still confused about that as the difference between hd and full hd tv at this screen size is very hard to distinguish. When i connect my laptop to this tv, the windows recommended resolution is 1920*1080 which inclines me to believe that this is a 1080p panel as windows shows the native resolution of the panel as the recommended resolution. But then again the question arises why would tcl market a 1080p tv in box which mentions it as hd led tv. That said the picture quality is very good considering the price.
