  • The stylish xolo q700 review
Nikhil Jain (May 31, 2014) on Gadgets 360
Hiii I am user of xolo q700 ...it has been 8 months since I have been using my xolo q700....& believe it is one of the best smartphone under 10000 category. Packed with 1.2 GHz processor ...it is indeed fast ....till now it has never given the problem of hanging or being slow .....has 1 GB ram which is too gud ..but the internal memory is 4 GB ...available 2.68 GB & the rest being eaten up by it's inbuilt apps like xolo power, xolo secure , xolo care etc...but the best one is xolo secure which has helped me to tracked down my phone when I lost it in Delhi. The 2400 mah battery runs the whole day with continues use of net ,games & music whole day. But 2-3 days back the battery just got swollen up &I had to visit the service centre....& believe the xolo smartphone doesn't have well established service centre but still I was lucky to get new battery @400. .but recently company has announced opening of new service centres....so let's hope for the best. Regarding it's performance I would say just play a heavy game like real steel or subway surfers u would come to know regarding it's functionality....the drawback I witnessed is relating to space ..though company says expandable up to 32 GB but on having a memory card also the apps doesn't get transffered to the memory card & as such users are left with the 2.68 GB space for apps...at last I would still give it 4 stars because I really love it...especially it's cool looks ,performance but still users can look onto other smartphone recently introduced like moto e, moto g or the micromax unite as budgeted phones & I if u are looking for a budgeted phone i.e.under 10000 then xolo, micromax & Motorola are the best. Thanks ...hope u like it

  • great smartphone at this cost
Aniket Deshpande (May 2, 2014) on Gadgets 360
Hi, after using this price for last 6 months I forced to review this phone. First a fall this phone is great at this price. I would like to recommend this for hard core users for all functions. It can play any game you through on it .But internal app support can trouble you. It does not support apps to installed on SD card . Camera is average at this price . 1 GB ram let's you installed verious app at ease. Quad core processor works at its best not a single lag on playing fifa 2014 commondo and asaphalt 8 The main drawback is its battery. Its battery got pregant after 6-7 months pf use .You have to use note 1 battery or samsung megas battery for instance because xolo has a poor back of its battery Ao if you are comfortable with battery no issues go for it . The battery backup is aweaome .It give me around 7-8 hours of hardcore use. ThanksBut

  • Waste of Money, Pathetic After Sale Service & No spares available.
Anirudh Tapase (Oct 2, 2015) on Gadgets 360
The most sad thing is there is no service center near by. After sale service is pathetic. Takes more than a month to get repaired. Staff at service station is rude and uses duplicate parts (my experience at Suraj Enterprises, Pune, Maharashtra) due to unavailability of original spares. My Q700 got damaged within couple of months after changing display & touchscreen. The worst is the support guys are not helpful at all. Please don't buy any Xolo phone in India, The spares are not available too. It is waste of your valuable money. Go for other makes which has max. service stations and spares readily available. Don't want to given even a single star ratting.
