Vivo X6 is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Vivo X6 runs Android 5.1 and is powered by a 2400mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo X6 on the rear packs 13-megapixel camera. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The Vivo X6 runs Funtouch OS is based on Android 5.1 and packs 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB). The Vivo X6 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Regular and Regular cards. The Vivo X6 measures 147.90 x 73.70 x 6.56mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 135.50 grams. It was launched in Gold, Rose Gold, and Silver colours.

Connectivity options on the Vivo X6 include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v4.00, USB OTG, FM radio, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity sensor.
