TCL 30 5G mobile was launched on 28th February 2022. The phone comes with a 60 Hz refresh rate 6.70-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1,080x2,460 pixels at a pixel density of 395 pixels per inch (ppi).TCL 30 5G comes with 4GB of RAM. The TCL 30 5G runs Android 12 and is powered by a 5,010mAh non-removable battery. The TCL 30 5G supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the TCL 30 5G on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.85) primary camera; a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 13-megapixel sensor with an f/2.3 aperture. The front camera also features autofocus.

The TCL 30 5G runs TCL UI is based on Android 12 and packs 64GB, 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1000GB). The TCL 30 5G is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The TCL 30 5G measures 164.54 x 75.24 x 7.78mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 184.00 grams. It was launched in Dreamy Blue and Tech Black colours.

Connectivity options on the TCL 30 5G include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi Direct, 3G, 4G , and 5G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The TCL 30 5G supports face unlock.
