Fraud company!

I have purchased Sansui Horizon 2 which unfortunately product of a fraud company and would like to know a way to file legal complaint against this company. Their phone Horizon 2 comes 'preloaded' with malware! On the Upgrade app and the Helper App. These type of companies give Android a bad name should be banned by Google. The malwares are: Android/AdDisplay.Ewind.AN & Android/Obfus.CM

Has sansui a trustworthy service network in India?

Item: mobile phone Sansui S504730 I was looking for a non Chinese phone. I became happy finding Sansui s504730, though batter was made in China. I found many complains like: 1. Very low voice while making or receiving a call. 2. After a talk of hardly one or two minutes, the vibration like noise interrupts the talk. cant talk for a long time. Automatically it cuts off. 3. One camera is not working, another camera shows picture/video in reverse position. 4. Camera is not 8 MP as written. It has a low resolution. Quality is not so good. If we zoom out the picture we can see dots very clearly. 5. Mike is not working in accessories given. Headphone with mike. My question is &quotHas Sansui a trustworthy service network in India?
