The display sports Other for protection. Oppo A3x 4G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Oppo A3x 4G runs Android 14 and is powered by a 5100mAh non-removable battery. The Oppo A3x 4G supports 45W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo A3x 4G on the rear packs an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.

The Oppo A3x 4G runs ColorOS 14 is based on Android 14 and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card. The Oppo A3x 4G is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Oppo A3x 4G measures 165.77 x 76.80 x 7.68mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 186.00 grams. It was launched in Nebula Red and Ocean Blue colours.
