iQOO 13 mobile was launched on 30th October 2024. The phone comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.82-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1440x3168 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.8:9.iQOO 13 comes with 12GB of RAM. The iQOO 13 runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6150mAh battery. The iQOO 13 supports 120W HyperCharge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO 13 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.88) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/1.85, ultra wide-angle) camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.0, telephoto) camera. It sports a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.45 aperture.

The iQOO 13 runs Funtouch OS is based on Android 15 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The iQOO 13 is a dual-SIM mobile. The iQOO 13 measures 163.37 x 76.71 x 8.13mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 213.00 grams. It was launched in Isle of Man, Legendary Edition, Nardo Grey, and Track Edition (translated from Chinese) colours. It features an IP68 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the iQOO 13 include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, NFC, Infrared, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
