  The hell I went through with this should rate it 1 star but it isn't fair to rate something on shortcomings when you knew it when you bought it. The speakers basically sound broken at higher volumes. The USB port failed and with only one USB you are toast. Maybe not. There is a micro SD card that formats but crashes when you move data to it. The USB problem was fixed after taking the machine apart and resoldering than putting it back together. To Dell's credit, this is very repairable and relatively easy to work on. It gets a couple of extra stars for that otherwise I would be dead in the water. This also gives you the ability to upgrade somewht but I would try to buy what you need. The interplay between windows 10 (easy upgrade) and the intel I5 makes sleep mode almosy useless. Most of the time it fails or starts up when it is in the bag for example. Dell says it was certain units that were recalled. This is not true. Everything else works as intended and this could be a great product but I am gun shy now. I need more USB ports because I'm not going to buy a dock. At least put it on the battery keyboard since it is essentially docked. The screen bezel is unnecessarily big but the designers never listen anyways. This was very close to being a home run if it worked as expected.
