Vertu is a Britain based manufacturer and retailer of luxury mobile phones. It was established by Finnish mobile-phone manufacturer Nokia as a wholly owned subsidiary in 1998. Nokia sold Vertu to private equity group EQT VI for an unspecified amount in October 2012, keeping a 10-percent share. Vertu's latest mobile launch is the Galaxy A57 5G.
