The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet will be available starting June and comes in Wi-Fi only and Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet LTE models. Sony Mobile's France site now lists the Wi-Fi only model of the Xperia Z4 Tablet at EUR 559 (Rs. 38,700 approximately) while the 4G LTE model is listed at EUR 659 (Rs. 45,600 approximately). Sony is also offering the BKB50 Bluetooth Keyboard bundled with the Xperia Z4 Tablet and comes at EUR 659 (Rs. 45,602 approximately) with the Wi-Fi model and EUR 759 (Rs. 52,500 approximately) with the 4G LTE model.
The specially-designed Sony BKB50 Bluetooth Keyboard, which docks with the tablet to create a laptop-tablet hybrid, and features a touch pad, aside from a variety of ports, can also be purchased separately at EUR 180 (Rs. 12,500 approximately).
For specifications, the 6.1mm-thick Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet features a 10.1-inch 2560x1600 pixel IPS Triluminos display and comes with IP65 and IP68 certification for dust and water resistance.
The tablet ships with Android 5.0 Lollipop and runs on the 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM and the Adreno 430 GPU. It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with an Exmor RS sensor, and a 5-megapixel front-facing with a wide-angle lens camera. It features 32GB of built-in storage, expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB). The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is powered by a non-removable 6000mAh battery.
Apart from Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, the company also launched its water-resistant Xperia M4 Aqua smartphone.
