We have been hearing about Google's upcoming $199 tablet for a long time now and are yet to see any visual proof of its existence. But, that is about to change as the first alleged render of the device has appeared online.

PocketNow, although this render is as generic as it could be, there are still a few elements that suggest that it might be a Google branded product. The app icons on the home-screen of the tablet include only Google services, which would not be case in other manufacturers' tablets and also the time shown in this render (4:00) was also present in the press shots of Galaxy Nexus smartphone.
On other hand, the display size of the tablet shown in render seems like 10-inch, which directly conflicts with previous rumours of a 7-inch tablet. So, the jury is still out on the possibility of this being the official Google Nexus tablet render.
