Mitashi, a company best known for its DVD players and television sets, has launched a phablet dubbed the Duo King AP 105 in India at Rs. 7,499. The handset is listed on the company website at a MRP of Rs. 9,490 and is available to buy from Amazon India at a discounted price of Rs. 7,090.
The dual-SIM dual-standby supporting Mitashi Duo King AP 105 features a 6-inch qHD (540x960 pixels) resolution IPS display. The Android 4.4 KitKat-based handset is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor (unspecified) coupled with 1GB of RAM.
The phablet features a 5-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front facing camera. The 8GB internal storage on the Mitashi Duo King AP 105 is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The battery on the device is 2600mAh.

The Duo King AP 105 also includes 3G, FM radio, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Micro-USB connectivity options. It measures 9.9x88x168mm and is only available in a White colour variant.

The Mitashi Duo King AP 105 specifications peg it as underpowered when compared with most other 6-inch phablet offerings in the market. However, it does prove to be a competitor to the AOC M601 tablet, which includes nearly the same specifications and at Rs. 8,390 offers extra functionalities like regional language input with Adaptxt Keyboard, free F-Secure Antivirus for 365 days and more.
