Apart from the iBall Slide Gorgeo 4GL tablet, the company has also unveiled a set of 5 detachable mSLR lenses which can be purchased separately at Rs. 1,499.
The company is targeting the shutterbugs with its new tablet as it packs front-facing flash. The device also comes with dual USBs which will allow users to connect an USB device and charge the tablet simultaneously with Y-cable offering 2 USB solutions. The dual-SIM iBall Slide Gorgeo 4GL tablet also supports dual 4G SIMs. The tablet supports 21 regional languages and will also come preloaded with apps and games such as Hungama Music, Microsoft suite of apps (PowerPoint, Excel and Word), and GameLoft games including Asphalt Nitro and Bubble Bash 3.
The Slide Gorgeo 4GL features a 7-inch IPS display with a screen resolution of 1024x600 pixels. It is powered by a 1GHz quad-core processor clubbed with 1GB of RAM. The Android 5.1 Lollipop-based tablet packs 8GB of built-in storage and supports expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD card. The Slide Gorgeo 4GL sports an 8-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel front camera. Both the cameras are accompanied by LED flashes.
The tablet is backed by a 3500mAh battery and comes with Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, and Micro-USB connectivity options.
iBall on Monday unveiled the Slide 3G Q45i at Rs. 5,999. The dual-SIM supporting tablet featured voice-calling functionality and went on sale via leading online retailers.
