iBall Slide Bio-Mate With Fingerprint Sensor Available Online at Rs. 7,399

iBall's new Slide-series tablet has gone on sale via a third-party online retailer. Priced at Rs. 7,399, the iBall Slide Bio-Mate tablet is now available to buy and is also listed on the company's site. The company however is yet to reveal the tablet in the country.

The biggest highlight of the Bio-Mat tablet is it sports a fingerprint scanner and can configure up to 5 fingerprints.

The iBall Slide Bio-Mate features an 8-inch IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280x800 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It packs 8GB of storage and supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB).

The Android 5.1 Lollipop-based iBall Slide Bio-Mate supports dual-SIM (GSM+GSM). The tablet also supports voice-calling capability and comes with built-in receiver which means no need to plug an earphone to make or take calls.

It sports a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and also houses a 2-megapixel front camera. The rear camera supports features such as Panorama, face beauty, motion track mode, Live Photo, zero shutter, voice capture, face detection, smile shot, auto scene detection, Continuous Shot, HDR, Self-timer and V-gesture.

Connectivity options on the tablet include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and USB OTG. It is backed by a 4300mAh battery which iBall claims can offer up to 20 days, up to 5 hours of video playback, up to 30 hours of music playback, and up to 25 hours of talk time.
