The new tablets will join Flipkart's first tablet for the country, the Digiflip Pro XT712 (Review | Pictures), which was priced at Rs. 9,999 at its launch in June.
The three new tablets Flipkart Digiflip Pro ET701, Digiflip Pro XT811 and Digiflip Pro XT911 tabletsare now available at Rs. 5,999, Rs. 10,999, and Rs. 15,999 respectively on the ecommerce site.
The Flipkart Digiflip Pro XT811 and Digiflip Pro XT911 tablets come with SIM support and voice-calling feature, while both the tablets will be also available as Wi-Fi only tablets. - the Digiflip Pro XT801 and Digiflip Pro XT901 are priced at Rs. 8,999 and Rs. 13,999 respectively.
Notably, all the newly launched Flipkart Digiflip Pro tablets are powered by Intel Atom processors. The Flipkart Digiflip Pro ET701, Digiflip Pro XT811 and Digiflip Pro XT911 tablets run the now-dated Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box; though the company claims that these tablets will receive assured Android 4.4 KitKat update.
Flipkart is also offering launch day offers on all the three tablets, which include a free Digiflip book case with the new tablets; flat 70 percent off on one-year subscription of a digital magazine; flat 35 percent discount on shopping via Myntra mobile app, and 15 free bestselling ebooks worth over Rs. 1,700. Also, 20 customers every hour will receive store credit of Rs. 500 (offer only for Wednesday).
In addition to the above offers, the Flipkart Digiflip Pro XT911 and Digiflip Pro XT811 owners will also receive extra discounts of Rs. 3,000 and Rs. 2,000 respectively when shopping from the tablets.
In terms of specifications, the Flipkart Digiflip Pro ET701 comes with a 7-inch (1024x600 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Intel Atom Processor Z2520 processor alongside 1GB of RAM. The tablet sports a 2-megapixel rear camera, while it also houses a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The tablet includes 8GB of inbuilt storage which is further expandable via microSD card. It packs a 2800mAh battery, with no word on talk time and standby time. The tablet comes with Wi-Fi and Micro-USB connectivity options.
The Flipkart Digiflip Pro XT811, on the other hand, features an 8-inch HD (1280x800 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 2GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2580 processor with 1GB of RAM. There is 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The tablet sports a 5-megapixel rear camera and also houses a2-megapixel front camera. The Digiflip Pro XT811 packs a 4200mAh battery. Apart from 3G support, the tablet includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, and Micro-USB.
Lastly, the Flipkart Digiflip Pro XT911 tablet comes 8.9-inch (1920x1200 pixels) IPS full-HD display; 2GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2580 processor; 2GB of RAM; 16GB inbuilt storage; expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB); 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera; 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and 6500mAh battery.
