The 10.1-inch tablet Asus MeMO Pad ME301T is official and
looks to have gone on sale in some European countries for a price of Euro 349. However, there's no word from the company yet on if this is the official price of the tablet, or something that retailers have set before the tablet in officially unveiled.
The Asus MeMO Pad ME301T sports a 10.1-inch 1280x800 display and is powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor alongside 1GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of internal storage and microSD card support. The tablet sports a 5-megapixel rear and 1.2-megapixel front camera. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, HDMI and Micro-USB ports.
At Euro 349, the tablet seems a bit overpriced especially considering the rather underwhelming display. In fact, some
reports have suggested that the tablet may retail for as little as Euro 299, a price that may find a few more takers.
