DATAWIND is a leading provider of wireless web access products and services. The company is known for its Akash low-cost Android tablet computer. The Indian government used this tablet as a part of its initiative to link a large number of colleges and universities in the country to an e-learning programme. Datawind's latest mobile launch is the Ubislate i3G7. The tablet was launched in April 2016. The tablet comes with a 7.00-inch display with a resolution of 600 pixels by 1024 pixels.
The Datawind Ubislate i3G7 is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Intel processor and it comes with 1GB of RAM. The tablet packs 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Datawind Ubislate i3G7 packs a 2-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The Datawind Ubislate i3G7 runs Android 5.1 and is powered by a 2800mAh removable battery. It measures 188.00 x 107.00 x 9.80 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 278.00 grams.
The Datawind Ubislate i3G7 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) tablet that accepts Regular and Regular. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB OTG, FM and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
