Using it for last 3 Years. Excellent performance. High Flow (Very effective). Honey comb works perfectly fine. Not a single problem faced till date except some light fuses on the panel. Feel good even in humid atmosphere, just keep open all your window and it will fulfill your requirements. Must say little bit costlier.

I've purchased this cooler this summer and it's really giving pleasant cool atmosphere in the living room( 14 x 18 feet).Really happy. Plus ability to put entire ice cubes in the water itself can be considered plus point.Sound is a bit more than expected but that can be taken for granted in this scorching heat.It's really a good value for money product.About service I can't review it, there hasn't been any need till now.

Excellent cooler, gives air upto almost 15 feet,thanks to amazon for 2 day delivery and 8n great pacakaging, with full function..for great cooling use ice with water.

This cooler is really good.. if one knows how to use it... coolers usually require some open space at their back side for ventilation and humidity control.. so if u provide it that space it works very well...
