Product is good looking, smart, the sound level is bit high not as expected. We didn't received any product manual or original bill guarantee card with the product. The remote given is not working, and no information whom to contact. Better follow these to improve the sales

The company should take this feedback! POSITIVE ASPECTS: Product design is aesthetic, colour combination is good, fan sound is also OK,Touch screen is very good.NEGATIVE ASPECTS: The engineer who selected the plastic for both outer layer and swing blades should be thrown outside the company, because of which the entair product is rated poor, very low grade plastic is used for this purpose, Cooling duct is very narrow in its dimention because of which cooling feel is very short span when swing mode is opted.The company has behaved very stingy in selecting good fiber instead of plastic and remote cells are not provided, which is not expected from symphony brand. Make the abover alterations this product will shine the market.

Design:Superb design and looks beautiful with dual tone finish.Air Flow:As this is personal cooler it is best for 2-3 person for 10�11 room size.I found it good as a personal cooler.Power consumption is less as compared to other cooler in the market.Sound/Noise level:Please keep in mind this is personal cooler and have blower instead of fan so noise level be on higher side.Please note that it is normal noise for blower cooler and I have seen some fan based cooler whose noise was much higher than this.Satisfaction level 4.5 star.Reason behind the purchase:This is sleek and easy to carry due to castor wheel.If you have a big room I will not recommend this. It is better to invest that money in desert cooler.I purchase this to keep my appliances cool as I am using one laptop two desktop and 3 screen + my room is on terrace , for my hobby photography and mini movie editing.Thoes electrical appliances makes my room very hot and I can not invest another 40K for an another AC which will consume more electricity for a room which I use it for 3-4 hours.It helps me to keep my appliance cool (Not room).Also please note I have installed two Air purifier filter exhauster for better air flow.Not recommend for studio/room where sound recording/voice over is done on a regular basis viz youtubers ,tik tok.Over all if it is for personal use just go for it if you want enjoy a cooler with your family kindly ignore this and buy a desert cooler

The cooler looks good and air flow is quite good. I bought it on another website because it was much cheaper. The battery was missing and the screws for fitting the wheels were missing. Overall quality of the product is good. It seems durable.

Had an issue with the ordered piece, the cooling option wasn't available due to some wiring issue, so I contacted the customer care and received prompt action. The problem got resolved within a couple of days and since then the cooler is in a good condition. Considering the 40L tank capacity, the noise of the cooler is not a lot. Cooling is also good, so all in all a good purchase.

The product is really nice, but 2 point are disappointed meFirst remote not operate properly andSecond pop-up display move only 60 digress.

The cooler is good for home as well as office use. Suitable for 2-4 people. Occupies less space, look is smart, light weight and easy to shift. Suggestion- The company should provide cells for the remote as it is not easily available in the market.

This is personal cooler so don't expect desert cooler performance out of it. I liked it and recommend it for small area. Only one feedback, there should be a cell in a remote. I didn't receive it in remote due to which I am unable to use it. And cell required is also round one.

The Remote control is not working and the battery was missing for the remote. Not sure if this is a normal case with device delivered with battery.

The product design is good and requires less space but when I received the product cell was missing from the remote control and even pop up screen is not working

Supplier sent aircooler with remote but didn"t work.

As shown in the image. Does the product come with so small pieces of green, black and white thing? Shouldn't it be covering the whole thing?

Not value for money. Cooling is not so great
