Best cooler....Amazing for two people(20 litres)

The cooler does its job. Easy to setup. Comparatively Less noise. It cools the normal room within half an hour. Plastic material quality is upto the mark. Remote doesn't come with battery so do keep it handy.

Everything is good except the noise. Compared to other coolers this make lot of noise. If you can ignore that then you can buy one.

The cooler is excellent value for money. But power cord is too short and the remote came without batteries though product description mentions otherwise.

Good to have, if your room is more than 120 sq ft buy the i30, i20 is small.All the people complaining about noise - please buy an ac. For a cooler, it's far less noisy than most of the others in the same price range.

Cons: 4 star because every air cooler that uses blower approach makes a lot of sound of air flow as this does. To compare if we operate ceiling fan on full speed, the noise generated will be less than or equal to noise generated by air cooler on its lowest fan setting. Another reason, is pop up control panel on unit does not stay upright and goes down due to vibrations in couple of minutes, this makes remote control not detect because its sensor is on this control panel. Pros: Works well. Touch control panel works well and shows all indications clearly. Remote control is useful and works well. Magnetic storage of remote control is unique and useful. Cooling effect is good. I don't use it to cool room, instead I use it as personal cooler so cannot comment on square foot area it covers. But to cool entire room, I believe it will take at least half an hour. This does not mean it is replacement for AC to cool room. Cooler will only bring down ambient temperature in the room by may be a couple of degrees up to 4-5 degrees below room temperature. By maintaining proper ventilation, I never felt too much humid while using air cooler. The swing function operated in horizontal direction (and is motorised)..I wish it was also available in vertical direction (Manual at the moment) Received in company packed sealed box. Received unit was manufactured in last quarter of 2019. Although received very old unit, it had no issues, or scratches or any usage hints..Received brand new unit.

Bought it for Rs. 7250 with card discount from FABSALESCORP. Shipment was delivered within a day in an excellently packed condition. Good job seller. The product is good with a remote that sticks to only one side of the cooler. The remote battery is not supplied but one can buy it easily from a stationary shop. Its a replica of the Symphony diet 12T but with a remote. However, it has honeycomb pads on 3 sides which is better than the 12T. The pop up touch screen is actually not a pop up but one has to pull it upwards for the so called pop up. The remote needs to be facing the pop up screen for it to function and sometimes the remote does not get recognized. Moreover, sometimes the cooler takes time to start, don't know if that's a problem. All in all, a good product but it should be priced in between 6k to 6.5k..

Portability : compact and easy to move.Noise Level : DecentRemote Control : need to press multiple times and it's range is also not that great.Cooler: it's cooling is very less compare to other coolers and also it covers very less area. Not satisfied with the performance.

Look all frnds don't buy it I have two ome is cello product and now I purchase symphony symphony is work like normal fan But I have 5 years old cello tower cooler still working great like ac don't buy symphony it's a waste of momey
