Sony Xperia XA1 Plus User Reviews and Ratings

This is my review after 1 week Superb budget phone from Sony with this specs for the first time. Merits:battery capacity 3430 mah increased by sony Fingerprint scanner on side with the power button which is a advantage from Sony budget phone Os:running on nougat. But sony told that it will be upgradable to oreo in last December or January first. Camera:23mp excellent performance. Selfie camera :8mp with 23mm wide angle sensor for group selfies. In lighting conditions pics looks awesome no blur nd all. But in low lights not much impressive Music:Sony is named for its audio quality. No music player can match its quality. Demerits :mediatek hello p20 processor which is an average processor for this price. But performance is very good nd no lag in this phone. So my final point is camera and musiq lovers who wants a phone with NYC build quality with a brand. You can just go blindly with this phone. And also it's weight is 190g but this phone doesn't look bulky. Choose blue color which attracts the people

People who prefer premium phone with elegant design, good low light camera and love for listening to music can go for Sony.. i have no complaints on this phone.. simmply the best..

Best phone. Writing this review after 1week use it has been good and looks premium in hand. Touch is very good and face recognition unlock voice unlock works nice. Only concern is it not water resistant as others sony class phone.

Superb Camera's & Good Battery Backup up. Just go for it

This phone is perfect... The screen (display), the body, the back... Its all premium and high quality. Performance is fast. Which is something Sony always delivers. And battery life is truly excellent. Audio output is clear through speakers as well as headphones... I recommend using bang & olufsen headphones.Did I mention the camera captures contrasts and colours excellently?

Really a nice phone with a competitive price..Feel is great and definitely better that one plus 3T..

Hi New buyers, I bought Sony Xperia XA1 Plus from Amazon through seller Camnaccstore. Original Product. Good delivery n packing.Itz my fourth day with the phone.Bought for my sister. My phone is a 5 year old sony Xperia sp which is still working good(with 5 years 1ly problem is phone slowed down bcoz of low ram but problem solved by using greenify app).PROSDesign (Beautiful phone) n Build Quality is great.Screen : Good contrast, full HD crisp panel, Natural or true to source color reproduction (if u like punchy or pop colors like Samsung u can turn on X reality/image enhancement), viewing angles great,deep blacks even at max brightness, Under Sunlight viewability is also very viewable, brightness very good, whites are whites (no bluish or yellowish tint). Overall perfect screen without any flaws.BATTERY : Its the highlight of this phone.Bulky 3430mah battery stands easily for 1.5 days even with above average usage. Average users can easily get 2 days or even 2.5 days bcoz of the incredible standby,Not Joking.Loudspeaker is very loud unlike other sonys and clear even at max volume. (Actually long-time drawback with almost all Sony phones is their low loudspeaker loudness)Camera Ui is very good, fast n easy with lot of features. Superior auto has definitely improved a lot, in daylights the camera chooses the lowest iso and the highest shutter speed automatically. So u get a noise n blur free Image.Image quality is very good. Great details, Good contrast, true to life colors, splendid superfast auto focus and quick launch, good dynamic range. (only con is bcoz of Over sharpening/processing at full crop the details look smudged. Don't know why the world's best point n shoot camera (rx 100) manufacturer does like this).Low light photos are also very good (great detail)with flash and good without flash(noise).Selfie camera is very wide and splendid in daylight and very good even in lowlight.Audio output is splendid with enormous customizations with music app(both loudspeaker n headphones, use sony headphones) .Album the best pictures app.No stupid hybrid sim slot. U can use SD and both Sims simultaneously.Finger print scanner is very fast, accurate n is also mounted at the very best position.Call Quality is Very good.Loud and clear.CPU Performance is smooth and lag free even with enormous tasks at background bcoz of 4gb ram and also gpu very gud. All low to high end games are playable.(So this phone is future proof i.e can b used for atleast 3 years without hanging.Telling with my xp sp experience)Also NO HEATING of the phone even with heavy usage, gaming, video recording, etc.CONSBattery Charing takes a gud time bcoz of huge battery.No in ear headphones supplied(I expected mh750 but the sound quality with supplied headphone is great but is discomfortable for long use n no fun to use while traveling in bus bcoz of noise)Finger print scanner doesn't recognise wet or sweaty fingers.HDR photos colour reproduction is punchy.Could have been made water resistent(who knows may b unofficially waterproof like xperia x, some one rich guy has to test it).Overall best satisfying all round performer phone to buy. Hope this review to be helpful for new buyers.UPDATE: 30 Oct 17Itz almost a month with the phone. No problems still now. Battery endurance is amazing!!And finally why Sony Phone?For, Design (Engineering) n build quality, reliabilty n long life.Simple, elegant and ec to use User Interface and optimizations.For beautiful and ec to use Apps like Music, Album, Movie, etc,.Sound output and lot of customizations.Accurate color reproduction both screen n photos.Research n development n Latest technologies.Future proof n no hanging (i bought sp n my frnd bought samsung Galaxy grand at same time.Mine haven't hanged for around 3 yrs but his one started hanging UNUSABLY within a year )A world wide reputed brand with lots of experience, applaudes n very less product failures in electronics.Almost always in top 3 best products in every electronic items.Developed many technologies n also improved others technologies to their best.Achieved many thing's which other brands can't.For example,created extra bass headphones without damaging other sound stages(Do u know y there r seperate woofers for bass bcoz after a certain limit if u increase bass of speaker other sound stages will diminish)Placed the largest camera sensor without a camera bumb which samsung and even apple can't do.Produced the real 4k screen with highest ppi till date (z5 premium) which others can't manufacture till date.Supplies camera sensor to almost all brands. S apple n samsung use sony sensors.Achieved an amazing 720 fps slowmotion vdo recording in a smart phone. Etc.,So u pay the extra cash for their R n D.Finally invest some extra amount n buy the best... U will never feel for the extra cost but will b happy instead.
