I m purchase this LED IN Oct 2018 but it's not working Dec 2020. But Sony not take any response I have purchase Rs 95000. Service center ke log kahty hai ki is set Mai manufacturing fault hai. Service center ne panel problem bata kar 28000 ki dimand ki hai means Sony products sirf 2 saal chalta hai.

I bought this product in Jan 2019 but first it stopped working in 2021. Screen gone black (no screen) . Sony technician replaced a cable. Again in 2022 screen went black. This time tecnician said whole screen panel to be replaced which will cost ARs. 36,000. No way.....I have heard such things from my know that Sony TV are not durable anymore and their life is very short.

it was a nice experience to buy online. the TV was delivered on time. the fitting technician was nice and given total information and technical detail.

Delivery was as always done on time and in good condition. Team also checks TV if it's damaged, before updating status as delivered.TV is easy to setup and use features. Picture quality is as per Sony expectations, very nice. This one paired with my Bose soundbar system gives ultimate TV viewing experience

Being a samsung fan for years i was researching about this TV for a while .And i bought it last month And yes there is black level issue in dark room . But there are adjustments in the TV setting to adjust the black levels and its almost invisible. And apart from that your eyes will be going crazy on the real colour reproduction of this TV and you will forget about black levels . It will be a treat to your eyes and HDR is fine . Seeing the colours you will forget the world and immersed into the videos . It has 100 HZ refrsh rate so the picture will be smooth for watching videos & sports without any eye irritation . Add a home theatre and cut your tickets costs . WIFI a connectivity and NETFLIX runs without lag .ANDROID is doing great job in this TV .Good for PS4 . Dont listen to the negative reviews .JUST GO FOR IT GUYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Amazon Great Indian Fest price discount for this model should be as Grand as it is supposed to be.Looking forward for a price drop that will real wipe out all competition for good.I expect the price drop to get this TV to less than INR 50,000.Also, the exchange price for functioning CRT TVs must be at least INR 3000.

Sony X85F is very good model at this cost. Though it is 2018 model, it has good features, Dolby sound is awesome when connected to Home theatre. Works well with my home theatre. pictures quality is very good. Only problem is contrast control in dark pictures since it is side lit LED TV, direct LED may be better compared to this. Overall its good TV to buy..

Picture and sound quality are exceptionally well. Colors are very natural. Thoroughly satisfied with it's performance.

Ideally the x9000F or the newer x9500F makes a lot more sense. Sadly the x9000F is out of stock everywhere. And hence the I went with the lower x8500F. Now the 9000 series has a full array backlit & dimming hence its definately better than the 8500 which is Edge Lit. For reference, x9500F retails for 1.59LNow I do not regret my decision at all. After exchanging my old 2014 bravia, I got the 55" x8500F for the awesome price of 58k after all the cashbacks & discounts. Now that is once killer deal.Overall the TV is excellent for the price. Bravia color engine is brillianrt. And this panel is best for living rooms or rooms which have a lot of light. Viewing angles are good on this panel however the black levels could have been better - appear a bit washed out or greyish. Something which is better on OLED or QLED panels.That said - the 100hz LED panel on the 8500F is excellent at recreating vivid cinematic experiences. Now I play directly via a 4k FireTV Stick over a 100mbps broadband. Quality is impeccable. In the end - i thank amazon for the super fast delivery (I got it in less than 24 hrs) and for the fantastic price!!!
