Bought this model on launch in March 2016. Panel got completely damaged in August 2019. Cons(read as conned by Sony) 1. Bought for whopping price of 1.49 lacs 2. Warranty on panel till date is 1 year for all models 2.1 They have recalled and extended warranty on similar sets due to panel issues.. Please go to official site and look in articles.. Done aelectively for few models where conplaints were more 3. Poor and non-empathasing reaponse from customer service 4. Cost of panel replacement quoted as 40K Much better to buy a 40to50K MI/LLOYD/KORYO android 55 inch Set with 3 year panel warranty Trust me Sony is looting using its brand name..period

Awesome Product. I bought this TV two months back. Excellent picture quality and sound quality. It's a Android TV. I personally feel that this is good one. Go for it if you are looking for TV in the range of 43" - 50"

Beautiful picture quality with great viewing angles. The TV has an inbuilt android marshmallow which provide many features. The audio quality is also very good. My advice is to go the nearest electronic showroom and compare with various other brands. You will definitely notice a huge difference. Then make a choice.

Personally one of the best screens.. The experience is Fluidic the Android marshmallow web OS is also very fluent. Smooth and thin bezel with very good viewing angles. If ur budget is around this range please go for it.. A must have!
