Best TV IN THE 49 inch segment

I bought this TV from Sony dealer . I had planned to buy a 4k TV but after watching and comparing many 4k and full HD tvs I noticed this TV has got the best picture quality surpassing all 4k tvs.I was shocked but this is a fact! Amazing picture quality, colors rich and natural as if you are seeing thru window. The best picture quality I hv seen so far on any TV. Sound is good too.Since I was planning 4 k TV which was 40000 more costly. I saved that big amount and got a better TV ! If you are planning to buy a 43 or49 inch TV look no further just get it since there is no telecast in 4k! Sound is nice and loud so no need of soundbar. Excellent value for money.

I bought this from a service dealer and not from Amazon.. it is an amazing tv..go for it.. I got it in exchange for my 10 year old TV... For 62k...It is not Android and hence all movie sites won't play in inbuilt browser... Who cares as it has HDMI option and I connect my Mac to watch all those..

This product is really amazing.. Got it from paytm in festive season @Rs. 58K after all discounts and cashbacks. It's really value for money. Has a superb picture quality-easily best in class with great colour and contrast. no doubt has the best inbuilt sound quality and yes the inbuilt woofer is cheery on cake. Its very easy to do screen mirroring, watching videos from youtube, netflix and many more websites. Can pause play fwd reverse any video, whether on pendrive or watching online..Overall its a great product.

Firstly, thanks for all guys who put their genuine comments in this comment window.After undergoing loads of review comments in various technical sites and detailed understanding about Sony television technical stuff or of other brands, I have finally landed to this product for purchase.Guys I would like to share my experience in purchasing this product in detailed given below.Television?s paramount quality which everyone looks for is picture quality. Sony has always proved and made its mark in picture quality. Triluminous display is truly marvellous and is a game changer for the picture quality. Integration for HDR, X-reality PRO, Full HD & Triluminous features has made the picture quality at its best compared to all other leading brands.With my experience, I can truly say this display is almost equal to 4K. guys if u would like to save money and not to get in the trap with marketing guys just check this TV besides any 4K tv. With my personal experience, I can say I have spent money in getting bigger size TV than spending on 4K.Coming to sound I cant say its best, but it's decent as we cant expect home theatre sound and coming to other feature it's good and can do more better.Coming to Amazon and cloud tail seller they are best and regarding price they can do better.

Excellent picture on TV and prompt service from sony and amazon, but manufacture gift(2TB hard disk) yet to receive.

I bought it from local show room after extensive research,before this I was thinking for 4k because of technology blah blah,But when compared with 4k and Sony w772 even with 4k content and the picture quality of this is the best,felt value for money,bought for 74k with 1gb external hard disk.I recommend this to people who are looking 4k or fhd with 70k budget,go for this if your budget is 70k,If your budget is 1 lakh then go for 4k either Sony or Samsung or LG.Need to do some more research on above 1 lakh models.

Firstly, thanks to Amazon and Cloudtail for amazing service, I booked the TV on Sunday, it was delivered Monday morning and the old TV was picked up (exchange), I then called the Sony technician for installation and by evening 7pm, TV was installed and we were all set :)I will only highlight the key aspects of TV here as other reviewers have already covered most of the things:1. Trilumious display is simply awesome, this one gives many 4K TVs a run for their money and it is a certainly a value buy for the picture clarity it delivers. I was initially contemplating on buying 672E, but later finalised on the more latest 772E.2. Sound is way way better than Samsung, audio is very clear and it also comes with an inbuilt woofer, which is more than enough for my living room.3. Smart features: Opera Store has very limited apps, TV comes pre-installed with Amazon Prime, YouTube, Netflix and few other apps, I mostly use YouTube and Amazon Prime Video, so it serves my purpose.4. It comes with 2 USB and 2 HDMI slots, I would have preferred 3 HDMI but can live with 2. It support most video formats from USB, but when you pause a movie in between and exit, it doesn't continue from the last paused location but will start from beginning :(5. TV doesn't come with wall mount, however the Sony technician will bring it with him and will install it for free.I am very happy with the purchase so far, will update this review if there is anything interesting.

My tv comepleted 2 years now..What an experienced ..there is no need to buy android tv..if there are numerous android box available in the market. I connected this sony smart tv with Mi android box that's it ...With good internet connection ..And sony home theater ..Just Wow! Full fun time watching tv...I watch my favourite tv program, web-series, youtube videos and movies any time whenever I want . I also cast my mobile with mi box and see my mobile pics and video. Tv casting is not that accurate accurate..But I don't depend on tv's Bluetooth connectivity , cast and USB port because mi box have all the requirement what I want...The picture and sound quality is amazing...No problem till date...Full paisa wasool entertainment..My family enjoy it..

Sony is the best

I am using a 49" version of this and it really provides good picture and sound.to be clear the sound is nice and loud but for true entertainment persons you need to add extra speakers overall works well with 1080p picture quality!!!

Very happy with my purchase. Awesome video clarity and reasonably good sound. Using it since Oct 2017. Crisp colours and excellent viewing angles. Although price was high, the quality is premium. Go for Sony without any second thoughts.

Awesome Tv

Bought it from an electronics shop. Images are crystal clear. U will really appreciate the clarity of 1080p videos. Side view is also good - no darkening of picture. Audio is not upto mark. It reads my 2TB hard disk.

Pros: Picture Quality is very good, and sound is just awesome. Sony will tell all Pros, I will tell you cons.Cons: It just does not connect to Wifi. So if you think this can act as Smart TV then you are being fooled. Buy it only assuming FHD TV.

Bought this TV 2 months back, nice pic quality, sound is also good.Big draw backs;;; u can watch movies through pendrive and other storage devices but we can't pause and resume play from their, it's totally outdatedU can share u r mobile screen but can't share laptop screen u need to buy HDMI cable separately.Quality is good but very very poor features instead of paying 77k I suggest u all to buy 4k VU TV with home theatre separately, definitely it's better way, since all now days electronic gadgets r having span 3 to 5 yrs max means it will become outdated technology. So pls don't invest 77 k for this item instead better to go for VU or Panasonic , u get android and 4 k option for same price. I m regretting very much. The options r completely like old gen TV . Shame on this TV company

Its just an basic Internet tv ..nthing smart about it. Basic functionality like zoom , picture in picture functionality missing

Bluetooth connectivity or not

I have purchased this SONY 123.2 CM thinking it is one of the most premium product and i will not have to look back for next 10+ years, the product was delivered in time, the installation & demo happened as per the process and within 6 days i found Lines on LED suddenly appearing to which the complain is launched, when Engineer visited the report was not good it was found some "dot" type damage on screen due to which the lines appeared suddenly, purchasing a product worth Rs 72,000 who will not handle it as we do it for any expensive device, This was very much shocking for me that such a big brand known as SONY can also get issues and now i have sleepless nights till the replacement is not done. Viewers this is genuinely an ISSUE which no one would like to face. While DEMOING the product the engineer never showed various colors on screen which they do it after issue, The piece i received itself is damaged and now i have to fight for it.Never accept DEMO directly by just watching HD pictures or clips please ask engineer to get all colors view in so that the screen can be checked properly before confirming on it

Hey Folks. Don't get distracted by Smart TV. This is not an Android Smart TV. This is a Opera Smart TV which comes with Opera Store where you do not have famous or good applications. You cannot even upgrade flash player in Opera Browser.And this is not LED display tv. It's LCD display with LED Backlight.Best thing about this product is awesome video and sound.

TV Display having issue after 1 and half year the display is completely gone. Need to replace the display Causing 24k.
