KLV - 40R352F from Sony is a excellent tv but the description mentions in product details are wrong and customers are simply misguided by Amazon product details, such wrong information should not expect from Amazon team ,please take corrective action and provide correct information about that TV.

It is to inform you that the installation of my TV is not yet done by you.The service of installation is very bad.As you mentioned to install within 48 hours from delivery,but you failed.Now I am ready to return the TV.

(1) Picture - 10/10 (2) Look - 10/10 (3) Sound - 10/10... Some of reviewer said that the quality of sound is too much low, because of its 10w speaker output...but trust me it is too much loud, I use 25/100 aound rate, and it is enough for a hall room. nothing to buy for sound only,and talking about the picture quality, Sony Bravia always the best
