Very good product, Bought 4 months back from a local retailer for 41k in kerala. Picture quality is very good. Sound is also loud, am using this tv in a long hall. No cons found till now. Highly Recommended TV. Can play any videos from usb or external hdd, it even supports my WD Elements 2TB external HDD. Amazing picture quality too.

Sony TV is as good as it could be. This is my third SONY TV. This time I see a power adaptor form the company. This is cool.In India we really need it.This will protect the TV. I would love to get the power adaptor for my 55 inch sony TV. Sony if you are listening, send it to me. I have the invoice of 55 inch Sony TV :-) I liked the product and recommend it to everyone. Purchased on :26th of October 2016 from Flipkart Delivered on :29th of October 2016 (Before promised date) Installed on: 2nd of November 2016 by Sony (Before promised date) Recently I have purchased a Sony Bravia KLV-40R352D 40 inch full HD LED TV which is one of the most flagship TVs having top features like clear resolution enhancer, Motionflow XR 100 Hz, Clear Phase sound technology, X-protection PRO, safeguarded against dust- lightening surges - humidity,FM Radio and USB Multi-format play. Earlier I had a 32 inch Sony LCD TV. This TV is made in Malaysia and a brand new 2016 model. Based on my experience I am putting some light on the new features of my new TV. 1. Design of the TV: The design has totally changed from my previous TV. The edge of the new TV is much thinner than the previous one and looks decent. The weight of this 40inch TV is only 6.5 Kg i.e, lighter than the previous one. The inbuilt speakers are placed at the bottom of the TV. It has two HDMI port which are on either side of the TV. There is a LED remote sensor indicator at the middle of the bottom of the TV. (4/5) 2. Clear resolution enhancer: Due this feature the picture quality has tremendously improved than my previous LCD TV. The picture is having very less noise and the due to improved contrast the image is becoming sharper and realistic. (4/5) 3. Motionflow XR 100 Hz: I can visualize the every fast moving string of an action scene distinctly and this has been possible due to Motionflow XR 100 Hz feature which was absent in my previous TV.(4/5) 4. ClearPhase technology: Though I have a sony blue ray home theater system attached to this TV but still I can feel the improvement of TV sound by muting the home theater. Earlier TV was not having such Clear Phase technology. But those people who do not have home theater also can enjoy natural sound in every music audio and videos coming out from inbuilt speaker of the TV in a rhythmic way and this has possible due to ClearPhase technology which balanced the speaker by fine tuning speakers? frequency response. This TV has far better sound quality than my previous LCD one. (3.5/5) 5. X-protection PRO: My earlier TV never had such features like safe guard against dust, humidity, lightning, and surge. The new TV has all those features which is called X-protection PRO. I think due to these feature. I will give the rating of this feature after few months of use. 6. USB Multi-format play: The TV has only one USB port through which I have played videos of MPGEV, mkv, flv, avi, wmv formats and images of JPEG and I didn?t find any difficulties. The USB plug supports pendrive, external Hard disk and OTG also. I have used 32 GB OTG, 1 TB Hard disk,8 GB pendrive. Every USB device has been supported by the TV well. (5/5) 7. Energy Saving: The TV comes with an adapter. The TV is having dynamic backlit control and power saving mode which adjust the backlit brightness and thus helps in saving power. Verdict: The Sony Bravia 40 Inch (Model No-KLV-40R352D) Full HD LED TV is a big, premium looking, decent designed TV with lots of features. Till now it is one of the best non smart 40 inch Sony LED TV. The HD channels pictures are sharp and brighter but standard definition (SD) channels which broadcast old films, video songs are not displaying nice but noises are better filtered by a HD set top box and looks good. The newly filmed movies and videos broadcasted by HD set top box are really brilliant and you never regret at least for those videos. In conclusion, this TV is really a smart choice for those people who prefer non-smart TV for premium viewing purpose. One can also make it smart TV by connecting a Chromecast.I have purchased this TV of Rs.32000/- by exchange offer and cash back. In local market, the price of the TV is Re.44000/-. Lucky to get this fabulous offer on Flipkart. Pros: ? Premium design ? Bright picture quality ? Sharp and smooth viewing ? Quick plug and play USB device Cons: ? Owning a 40 inch television has long been my dream and when I finally decided to go ahead with the purchase the only brand I could think of was Sony Bravia LED. I decided to get my TV through Flipkart which has over the years become a part of my household. About the TV the simplest way of putting my impression would be to say that I made the right choice.The look and feel of the set,the picture quality with its accurate colour reproduction,the sound quality- every criterion of judging a television by has been perfectly taken care of by Sony. And there is also that feeling of solidity one gets when one knows that hard-earned money has been invested in the right place. There was temptation to buy some other brandsome of them are selling 40 inch led for much much less. But Sony Bravia was what I had made up my mind on and having used it for the past few days I must say that I took the right decision. As far as Flipkart is concerned,I ordered the TV on a Saturday,got delivery on Sunday and Sony Technician ( a very helpful,gentle young man)installed it the next day. Thank you Flipkart. The Produce is really amazing... the delivery was exactly on the day as mentioned.. thanks Flipkart for that.. been using he product for about a month now, it works perfectly and couldn't ask for a better piece.. sound clarity is good and resolution display is crisp.. Only drawback is the position of 1 of the 2 HDMI ports provided is on the side which makes the wire stick out a bit once you plug in your HDMI cable but that is not really a big deal... the amazing clarity of the tv covers up for that small thing.. Overall an amazing product worth buying...
