Pretty good tv. Its sony and this one lives upto the brand. I have just been using it for few days. Seems, though, over the years the quality of materials used for TVs generally has gone down. The plastic is light. But otherwise good experience and service overall for product, delivery, follow up by sony service for installation. Very satisfied.

32 inch best branded tv, comparing samsung & lg this has better picture clarity and colour reproduction, just 3k priced higher then other brands it's worth investing for this tv, my advice is full hd t.v. and hd ready do night make any difference while see from 6 feet , don't waste for the few extra pixels when a human eye can't dedect the difference, also sony has a superior models with x - reality pro ...etc, but my recommendation any one who is looking for a basic 32 inch led with great picture quality pls go for this...

Best clarity and quality..woth ur price. Sound Quality and Video Quality is worth the price when it was 2 yrs before for this price. 2yrs before no brand having the same price could match the quality of sony. I know that becoz i saw in Reliance digital next to next of all other brand. I am using it without stabliser and too many times power cut has happened and it was shud down improperly...Yet running like a champ...

Bought from a local shop at 21,500 rs. You can buy this TV without any hesitation. Great picture quality and sound quality. Also it is dust resistant, it have Lightning protection, Surge protection, Humidity protection.

I bought it from in my home town for 23k, worth value. Best led hd than other brands in this range in all qualities like sound pic and usb and HDMI etc supports.

The TV is compact. The picture and sound quality is great for the size of the living room I purchased for. However, Sony needs to figure out their installation process as they have middlemen here that are diminishing their value. The process is1. Amazon sends an SMS to contact Sony customer service2. Sony customer service takes the details and assigns to the nearest installation company3. Installation company contacts you to let you know the technician will contact you4. Wait for the technician to contact youWhy can't Amazon and Sony simplify Step 1 and 2, and make it more integrated?Step 3 - Trident Communications, Bangalore in this case is terribly equipped to handle this. They can't even tell me a date / time slot when the technician will arrive. They have their basics of scheduling all wrong.Ultimately, it's a Sony technician who arrives to install. So, why is there a middleman required to schedule a technician?To be fair, the Sony technician was well trained, very courteous, and professional
