It's official Facebook has 750 million users

Zuckerberg emphasized the fact that 750 million was not a critical number and confidently said the number would increase.

While everyone is fretting about the highly awaited video chat service, Mark Zuckerberg today confirmed that Facebook has more than 750 million monthly active users.

Previously techcrunch had reported that the company had hit the 750 million mark but the company refused to confirm.

More than a year ago Facebook had achieved the 500 million user mark.

Zuckerberg emphasized the fact that 750 million was not a critical number and confidently said the number would increase.

Previously the last update also came unofficially through Goldman Sachs which stated Facebook had hit the 600 million mark back in January.
