Facebook on Wednesday announced the worldwide rollout of the updated streamlined design for Pages. Users will have the access to new design by the end of this week.
The social networking giant had taken off the covers to new mobile-inspired News Feed design back in March. The new look for Pages has become similar to the Facebook's desktop interface as the News Feed.
At present, the admin of the Page will be able to switch to new design by taking a tour from the 'Help' dropdown at the rightmost corner of the page. However, Facebook said that, "every Page will automatically switch to the updated design two weeks after the tour has been viewed."
"We know how important Pages are for the millions of businesses that use Facebook every day, and we're continuing to improve our offerings based on what we hear from them," Facebook said in its post.
In the new Pages, all posts are kept on the right-side and will be stacked on top of one another. The left-side column will list all the information about the Page, including a map, possible hours of business, phone number, website URL, as well as photos and videos.
There are new navigation options at the top of the redesigned Page layout for accessing Page activity, insights, and settings. Users will also be able to view information about new likes, unread notifications, advertisements by them, and more. Build Audience menu takes admins to their Ads Manager account.
Also a new "Pages to Watch" feature in the Page Insights tool will let admins track and compare the performance of other Pages similar to their own. This includes key statistics and the most engaging posts from previous weeks. For the latest tech news and reviews, follow Gadgets 360 on X, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads and Google News.
