The company confirmed that this week it will begin rolling out the new look for Pages, which is company's platform for businesses this week.
Facebook said in a blog post, "This week, we'll begin rolling out a streamlined look for Pages on desktop that will make it easier for people to find the information they want and help Page admins find the tools they use most."
The new update brings features such as updated Page timeline design: which now displays all Page's posts on the right-side column of the timeline, while other information related to the business, like maps, hours of business, contact details, website URLs, images and videos, will be placed on the left of the Timeline.
Further, the social giant has also introduced some new administrator features, such as 'This Week', which is a section that will display the current running ads and likes on a Page, along with notifications and messages; as well as new navigation options on the top of the Page, which can give access to the current activity, insights and settings.
Also new for admins is the Pages to Watch feature, which will offer them the option of creating a list of similar Pages, and then track their performances.
Last week, Facebook rolled out a redesigned News Feed with a mobile-inspired interface that is focused on photos, featuring large images, new fonts (Helvetica and Arial) and cards for stories. The look is very similar to its mobile app, and is being gradually rolled out to users around the world in the coming weeks.
The Facebook Messenger app for Windows Phone was rolled out recently, though it only supports Windows Phone 8 devices.
