Very nice air-cooler. Tower model occupies less space. It is hassle-free too. On price front, I thought I got it at a good price i.e Rs.6740/-. But later I discovered that D-Mart is selling this at Rs.5399/-. So do your price homework before buying.

I purchased this product from DMart on 2nd May 2017 for 5.8K. And it had a leaking tank. But I just messaged Singer India on Facebook, within 2 days they arranged a check up. And on 5th day they replaced with a new tank.The customer service followup was simply great. They even called me after service to check if it's all good.Moral of the story: Electronics products are bound to get fault, there is a chance. But if customer service is not good even your costly high quality product is of no use.Go for this cooler, Singer is a great company and product is working really great. Consumes less power and water cooling is a breeze. I'm using this in Pune dry wind weather.

Bought this cooler from D mart as in may 2017. It was cheap there. this cooler is pretty good. Does the nice work expected from it. I don't have any issue.Also Customer care of Singer is pretty nice. I have Singer Mixer Grinder with me. it got an issue.Called them, they came in 2 days. In one everything is great and things are running cool from then.

Body is not rigid, swinger broke within 2 days, cooling is ok.

recived new singer air coller but moter is not woorking and boady partd are not attached in proper way.

Pathetic cooler!!! Pls dont buy!! Day one itself it broke down and not working.. Technician services are very poor.. Overall its a no.!! 👎👎👎

I like the delivery part but the product itself is average. They say it can hold upto 34 ltrs but once the tank is full its highly dangerous to move this product around. The plastic used is of cheap quality. The plate on which they cooler stands is extremely delicate. If you try to adjust it a lil bit when the tank is full it will crack. It has been just 10 days and the cooler has already been broken from 2 sides .:(

Not working in salty water

I returned the product because1. Made up of really bad quality.2. There was a leakage from the water outlet hole which is at the bottom of the cooler.3. Looked like someone used it before or it was kept for so long in the warehouse.

Hi friends....this is waste product, loss of investment, pls dont buy this product. We dont have other option except replacement...I am dis satisfied with flipkart policy
