Delivered on 14th with good packing. Got it installed on 15th Oct. Stylish and 72 kg Monster. Installation Technician gave a quick demo. very professional and thorough about the product. No AMC post that and visit charges would be 800 just to diagnose the problemAm not thinking of 2021 now. Hopefully this machine will last long enough. If you are getting a good discount go for this.Using this for about 6 months. Wash quality is amazing. Keep going Siemens. Love the product

Had some initial problems with installation. In though the product is very nice unfortunately Siemens has the WORST CUSTOMER CARE I have ever seen. So buy the product and keep fingers crossed that you dont have to face the customer service ever. Else God save you !

Siemens washing machines offer a premium quality for the price. But the service is pathetic. Technicians know nothing about what to do. My machine stopped working and was out of warranty . They charge 808 rs just for visiting. No works done. Then you have to keep on calling them for resolution. Twice this happen with me. Every thime the issue was worn out carbon brushes. They told me to replace motor eve though genuine OEM carbon brush is sold by Siemens. Replaced it myself. Never taking any service from Siemens again...

It throws E17 error very often, technicians its a water pressure error .. but not true , we have changed to Siemens machine to a place where IFB machine was operating good.., but Siemens still didn't stop that E17 error. takes one & half hours with lot of power consumption to complete 3kg's of cloths in Mixed mode. so not effective in permormance

They work well for 2-3 years. When the problems begin, they make you cry. Service charges just for a visit is Rs. 800. Minor repairs can cost 8 to 10 thousand. The common parts that get spoilt, like springs, shockers etc are not available at service centers and when they do come after several weeks, the repair is so difficult, it's not worth spending. So use and throw is the right thing for these machines. Not recommended at all.

At least put the correct picture of the product. Showing some picture and selling something else. Its cheating
