I have purchased through CROMA.Washing Quality is Too Good...same like handwash....If you are planning to buy washing machine then only go for front load machine.Don't buy TOP Load as clothes gets damged and ok ok washing quality.

This washing machine is outstanding in its choice of wash programs, coupled with user-friendly controls and general ease of use. One minor word of caution - like some other models of front-loading washing machines, this one too requires good water pressure. Low water pressure causes the wash-cycle to stall, with an "E 17" error displayed. We had to relocate the machine from 2nd floor to ground floor, due to low water pressure issue on the 2nd floor of the house. After that, the machine is running perfectly.

All pros as compared to IFB since i Used IFB for last 15 years and IFB Service is next to god so had to change for new washing machine Pros of the machine - Great Washing machine - Build Quality - Very minimal noise as opposed to IFB's - Quick cycles that is preprogrammed - Superb drying Cons Service/Support contact - took more 5 days for installation guy is keen on selling AMC beyond 2 years of warranty which is 5k per year Will update this review after 2 months to share my indepth experience

I bought this under exchange for my old 7kg LG Washing Machine. Despite several reminders to green dust the old machine has not been picked up and the exchange discount has not been given ! No problem with the product so far

They work well for 2-3 years. When the problems begin, they make you cry. Service charges just for a visit is Rs. 800. Minor repairs can cost 8 to 10 thousand. The common parts that get spoilt, like springs, shockers etc are not available at service centers and when they do come after several weeks, the repair is so difficult, it's not worth spending. So use and throw is the right thing for these machines. Not recommended at all
