We bought siemens machine top model of 65000 inr. The company offered only 2 years of warranty also did not register our contact info for warranty claim after billing. Moreover after 2 years the motherboard is dead, lock system ain't working n they r charging 10,000 rs to change it plus saying that this will give warranty of only one month again if it's dead the machine is of no use. Never buy this brand. REGRETTING TO WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS.

Got the washing machine in 3 days . Worth for money. Best in class. Fed up with the installation . It took 6 days.

very nice product, extremely simple in comparison to other front load machines. Has inbuilt water heaters. Wash quality is very nice.

'Siemens' is name any technical person can trust blindly. knew that IFB and Bosch are good. still got this one during offer and the bet worked. I am loving this . Using it since a week everything is just super fine. No noise, no issues at all. I didn't understand why no heater and plastic is mentioned in specs. Service men was very good, nice explanation and no forcing for any purchase of parts or policy, full professional. Lets see how far it goes, hope a good after sale service. A Big Thumbs up ...

It is a good washing machine. Excellent after delivery support. Siemens washing machine is supported by same staff as Bosch. Motor noise is minimum and does the washing as needed.

Just got delivered today. Delivery person was good and he checked my old machine for exchange , once he confirms to pickup old one after all checks and then he delivered Siemens machine. He opened the package and checked that, is there any damage or crack. Nothing was visible. He has taken my sign and left. Demo : Engineers are same for Bosch and Siemens, Seems to be engineer is good enough to explain the product for every bit of use and how to maintain for long run. Pros : 1. No noise 2. More options to choose for washing program. (Like for kids, for patients and for silk sarees etc...) 3. You have an option to choose 4KG or 7KG load 4. Product has two water filter, one is connected with water tap and another one is machine end. Water tap side filter is visible, you can always see and clean if needed. 5. Amazing build quality 6. Service engineer did not forced me to buy anything from him, he just showed drum clear and he left the choice with me to choose from him or in the market. Which i felt good. Because my friend has IFB engineer forced him to buy from him, and warned if he uses market product warrently will not be covered some thing like this. Cons: 1. Minimum washing duration is 1 Hour, which i felt bit long for during low load washing and maximum it goes upto more than 2 hours depends upon the program you choose. How ever service manual shows for 2 hour washing it consums only 1 unit of EB. Not sure i would come to know once i get EB bill. Other than this i really did not find any cons in this machine. We have used just two days. So i cann't able to discribe more about this product.

I had purchased SIEMENS Front-loading washing machine in February 2016 which was quite expensive. On 14th May 2019, when washing operation was going on, it suddenly stopped working. Burning smell was coming and little amount of smoke was also coming out. When I called Siemens authorized service person (who took Rs. 800 as visit fee) to check the problem, he said that the drum is out of order. He also said that the problem can be solved only by implanting a new drum at the cost of Rs. 9035/-. It's a big amount just within 3 years after the purchase. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AS THE MACHINE HAS GONE OUT OF ORDER JUST 3 YEARS AFTER THE PURCHASE. I have taken Bajaj allianz extended warranty of 2 years, but this company has bluntly refused to offer any financial help. I HAD BOUGHT SIEMENSS WASHING MACHINE CONSIDERING ITS HIGH REPUTATION, BUT MY MACHINE HAS RECEIVED A MAJOR TECHNICAL PROBLEM JUST WITHIN 3 YEARS. THIS IS NOT FARE. FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE:MODEL 48426. So never buy Siemens expensive washing machines. Also never take extended warranty from Bajaj allianz as at the time of buying this warranty they never explain the details and intricacies of policy and when your claim is of high amount they simply refuse and tell this part doesn't cover under extended warranty.

Worst product to buy....Got damaged very early and parts are very costly even service charges are very high...Will not recommend to buy this
