I bought this product from Viveks Show room in Chennai for rs 29200/- on 22-Oct-2014 and same product was bought by my friend in Erode for rs 27000 from same Viveks show room on 25-Oct-2014. Not sure about the price difference. however Product is good and doing well in the last two days. Installation was free from siemens. So before buying please enquire about the price in different show rooms/online sellers. Also the 7 kg front load washing machine that too brand like siemens is work even at 29000 rupees.

This machine requires water with high pressure. So if you have loaft tank check water pressure else you need to add a motor. Temperature setting has two fixed values 40/80.Not a silent machine but less noisy.machine performs well.

Faced no issues since 4 months. Wash quality is good.

No flaws it takes two hours to wash rinse and dry but am happy with its water and EB consumption . Recommends for all

They work well for 2-3 years. When the problems begin, they make you cry. Service charges just for a visit is Rs. 800. Minor repairs can cost 8 to 10 thousand. The common parts that get spoilt, like springs, shockers etc are not available at service centers and when they do come after several weeks, the repair is so difficult, it's not worth spending. So use and throw is the right thing for these machines. Not recommended at all

Got this machine installed yesterday and it stopped functioning today!I have been trying to call the customer care and the Siemens Serviceman who had helped install the machine yesterday, but apparently due to "prior appointments" they are unable to attend us at the moment :)The machine stopped functioning on the SECOND day so if you can, avoid buying this machine.

within 2 years we need to change the PCB of washing machine twice....this is is the worst company
