Brand New Product with Open Seal. Original manufacturer’s warranty. An unboxed product is a brand new product with its seal opened. It typically comes from manufacturers or sellers who have had to open the seal of the product and cannot sell it as the seal has been broken. It may also be a product that a customer had ordered but returned due to various reasons like wrong product delivery, minor box damage etc. It comes with the original box and accessories along with the original manufacturer warranty.
These products are generally seal opened products as the boxes are opened at the customs for checking. The product itself is quality tested, and is in perfect working condition. Most of the products have door step warranty whereas all products are covered under a minimum 2 months seller warranty.
Yes, all Unboxed and Imported mobiles are covered under either original manufacturer’s warranty or third party warranty. Please refer product detailed pages for warranty related details. Physical defects and Liquid damages done by the user after delivery of the product are not covered under return and warranty policy.
Customers can claim manufacturer’s warranty through authorised service centres with the same process of any brand new product.
