Hi , I bought the sharp air purifier from audio voice India and have been very satisfied with the performance . It indeed has helped in improving my sleep pattern too . General breathing problems and seasonal wheezing has gone for good . Even bad odour dew to dampness in the air is under control . I fully vouch for this wonderful appliance.

The product is one the best at price only thing is that they could have given a pre filter with the product and good service ow available from sharp reseller.

Although the product has increased in price since I purchased it last year, it's still an excellent investment compared with other leading air purifiers such as BlueAir. It's auto-regulating capabilities work as advertised. The slim look fits my style requirements (vain, I know, but it's nice to see such an appliance that's designed well). It's quiet enough that I can sleep with it and the ability to turn off the LED light panel at night is a welcome feature.My only concern is that the filter lifespan should be calibrated for India's toxic conditions. I replace the filter set every winter season because after three months the set pumps out fenugreek-smelling air and no approach to cleaning the filters helps resolve that. That's a far cry from the two-year lifespan the HEPA filter is supposed to have, but I don't think those ratings can be applied to Delhi conditions.

Good: One of the best air purifier one can buy in the market today with best CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate). Please use a prefilter, sold seperately to increase life of HEPA filter.Bad: Doesnt come with smartphone controls or app but does it job.

Too much expensive

We are using it for last 1.5 years now. The filtration mechanism is effective and no doubts about it. But there are similar products available much cheaper. There is no such functional novelty that justifies such a steep price difference unless you are a brandoholic.The indicator section for "Air Quality" is a poor quality one. and didn't last even 6 months. Initially the indicator lights worked well and showed actual air quality on its color indicators, but then, lights were green most of the time. We initially thought that it was because winters were over and park in from of the room too was very green. But then eventually we realized that the indicators were not functioning and company refused to cover the indicators in warranty. Replacement cost is very very high.

I have purchased this purifier through amazon last year and using this product for almost 11 months and now this product is showing me lot of problem. Its sensor is also not working and always hows green color even if it kept in polluted area. Service engineer also came and went just after cleaning and still waiting for the required part to be replaced. I hope they will change the part so that it keeps working fine.

Sharp do not provide service to products purchased online.

The sharp services are very poor. I had a complaint because my Sharp product was showing an orange light at the filter. Despite 3 weeks of reminders no one has called up or come for repair. They have a customer care center in Indias who takes the calls but no Service engineer will turn up. Please be very careful before buying Sharp. Very poor service.

Overpriced and Overhyped, Just 2 filters and the PRE FILTER .. wow a brand like sharp using such a cheap technic for PRE FILTER. see the photo no. 4 in the product description above. Stuck with tapes ...Its a shabby thing for a product this costly. And then in India there HEPA & CARBON filter has to be replaced every 3-4 months .. each time Rs.9500/-Its a bad investment. I don't know why people have hyped this product. Maybe just cause of it being a japanese brand. But over all a very bad ethics company and a very bad product with poor service.I would never recommend SHARP to my enemy also.

The plasma filter is noisy and gives me a headache.

Don?t buy very bad service

Very bad after sale services. Had put in complaint three times. After a long follow up of calls, engineer speaks to me on phone at length, about the type of problem. But no one has visited home, in spite of making promises and fixing an appointment. From their attitude, it looks like it heir behaviour in general. One is surprised, a Japanese company can not be so callous about the after sale services. Can someone from Sharp help me fixing the noise problem in brand new machine.
