Great Product

The product was delivered with lightening speed. The person responsible to install the product had come along with the delivery man. But I did not do the installation as I planned to do the same at my new house and I got the product delivered at my old house. Thanks for the good services and the product was delivered damage-free.

Nothing special .. can't able to buffer 4k videos..it's worth for it's price

Bought it for 50000 about a month ago. Delivery and installation was quick and satisfactory. No issues. Its a great buy when compared to the price of its pears. Picture and sound quality are impressive. The only problem i came across is that the system lags a bit when using smart functions of the tv mayb because of insufficient ram. Android version is also outdated but works fine. Dont compare it with samsung sony or lg tv because they hav a better picture quality for sure but also are twice the price of this. At this price i am satisfied with the product.

I tested out this TV in the showroom, and to be clear the panel supports only up to 30Hz at 3840x2160 resolution when connected as a desktop monitor. I used my desktop with GTX 1060 with 3 separate HDMI 2.0 cables and tried all settings on the TV along with all the HDMI ports on the TV but to no avail. Just to be sure I connected the same setup to a Samsung 4k TV and it worked flawlessly at 60Hz. So desktop users stay away from this TV as a monitor!

I am satisfied with sansui tv but tv mount stand which was given along with tv is not movable the installation guy additionally charged 2500rs for movable tv mount. I am not satifued with flipkart.

I've received delivery very next day to my order date. Thanks for Flipkart for the faster delivery. I realized next day that TV remote has some issues and it stops working intermittently. I've ordered for replacement and it has been 10 days but didnt receive any positive response either from Flipakart or Sansui. @Flipkart: This is the reason, you are slowly slipping. When you break a Customers trust, He would't come to you again.

Worst seller.. Tried all pin codes of Delhi from 110001 to 110099 .. not delivering to any pin code.

Flipkart has to justify and give a proper clarification that why they have canceled the order. because as there message says that seller has wrongly listed the price. i dont understand how because i think there is always double check on all the listed pirce and product is properly shows the offer of 65% discount and i dont think that there is any typo mistake. how could i and we trust on the credit ability of Flipkart

Guys, you people are complaining since the product was seen for 23k and your order got cancelled. I have also faced many issues like this. This is all seen in loot deals. Flipkart must strictly adhere to the policies with the seller so that this kinds of mistake does not happen and also it's a negative feedback towards Flipkart.com because of the seller. Also people, kindly check that the product you ordered is being sold by a new seller obviously.

I am writing this review after almost 12 months of usage. The screen has already started flickering with horizontal lines! Such a rubbish product from Sansui and worse is their service centre unit. No call back, no visit despite many complaints. Their customer care numbers are out if order as well. This item is not recommended. please buy any other brand but not this one!
