Pros:Best you will get for this price.Go for itCons:Sound quality is very poor on connecting external source. Also, the display for HD looks pretty poor (Airtel DTH).

Good at this price, only issue during setup. Not to user-friendlyWhere as picture quality is good made in India by videocon, experience getting better day by day after getting familiar with Tv setup and its smart functiononly worst part of this Tv is sound , you need a sound bar with this as sound is bit disappointing

I bought this TV for use in my bedroom.Picture quality OK, colours and clarity acceptable but inferior contrast.Though it's a 4K tv the picture quality seems inferior to my 2 year old Samsung 55" which is in the living room. Also the remote is really difficult to use to select an item when using the smart TV function.All in all you get what you pay for.

Its not even a month and the TV has stopped working, technician has checked the TV and identified the display has problems. Has said the TV needs to be replaced. Terrible customer experience.

Do not buy any Sansui Product in India, they don't have their own customer service centre in India. It has been assigned to some third party service provider and services are pathetic. My TV is lying in service centre as defective parts are not available now and this is only 3 years old Led Tv. So, if any fault come in your TV then you have to throw it out. You can also search on Internet Sansui Customer service centre and you will not find any details.

my experience has been with the 43" ultra hd smart tv from this SNA range. and it has been a bitter experience.used to be a fan of the sansui brand earlier, having owned their music systems and headphones. which led me to buy the 43" tv and the pricing was very tempting. great looking tv and was very proud of my purchase.till lines started appearing after about a year and a half (i had purchased it in dec '16, sanket enterprise, abd). now there are not just lines but crazy flickering of images and color distortions. spoke to the service centre and they said the whole panel needs to be replaced as the warranty for it is a year. and the cost would be pretty high.we have had samsung tvs for the longest time and they go on for years. never had one pack up after a year.am scrapping this sansui and going in for a samsung. may be a bit more expensive but am very sure their products dont suffer from such low quality. or cause such suffering to the buyer.very disappointed in sansui. used to be an aspirational brand with awesome products. once upon a time

Would never ever suggest this product. The TV stopped working in 2 months. Customer service is pathetic, nobody gets back to us and there is no clarity whatsoever. So basically I have a box in my living room which never works. DO NOT BUY
