good tv and filpkart

Though I got my product in time but still the installation people hv not yet visited. I traveller all the way 100km to take this product on condition made by Flipkart that the installation will b done at New address n not in the city which I had received. But still there is no response felt bad n feeling like giving back my led tv...

I have been using this tv for about a week now.Its quite nice for the price range and sansui company is reliable .The installation guys came just after 4 hours of the delivery of the tv.They tried to explain how the tv works and said that if any complication persists then we can call them. It doesnt support a lot of file formats but works well with hdmi cable .

Picture quality & Sound is nice. Only draw back is some format video files are not supporting. Need improvement !
