  I have been using TV for sometime. It's perfect. Sound is good. And the picture clarity is also good. Goes good with HDMI.

  I have received refurbished item from this seller. We have received the item within the time however its not updated in their records to get the demo and installation. I had a fight with flipkart customer care to initiate the demo and installation. Finally technician came to my home and he left without finish the installation. Again I had fight with flipkart and finally decided to return the TV since the picture not clear and stand is so delicate. They took almost 40 days to credit my amount and pick up their item. I had too much of nonsense before I received my money. Finally with the help of grievance team I received my amount back. Flipkart should not entertain such fraud sellers and courier, it impacts E-market badly
