  I accidentally drop this at the beach, believe or not, wipe it, and dry it.... then works normal again!also I dropped from my waist high accidentally on the asphalt, had no issue

  The us version (397) is sort of culprit, it does NOT support sms or telephony.International (395) has almost everything i need:- Phone, sms, lte support out of the box (engineering)- Ip68 device (environment)- Removable battery (environment)- Screwless design (engineering)- Abundance of accessories (market)Only three wishes. (1) samsung has taken its software to completely different level since 2014. In 2019 The way to go is more software to sell in repo and less free software cluttering repos.A user must be able to buy or otherwise uninstall following software:1 Samsung Max2 Samsung Members3 Samsung SmartThings4 Samsung Flow5 Microsoft Office (excell, word, onenote, powerpoint)9 Microsoft Skype10 Google YouTubeThis is spreading wide without selling anything. Moreover disabling leaves artifacts and icons which push bits.(2) Higher resolution screen and (3) less shutter lag for photo camera. Id pay $50 for faster photo camera. That is when there is less shutter lag when i tap the shoot button on the screen. Something like 10 taps per second be awesome.

• Great ruggedized tablet

  This is about the only ~8 inch waterproof tablet I could find to replace my old Pantech Element...I must say it's exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to see how high quality of a case it came with, along with a very nice S-pen.When I went to get a SIM card to play with 4G the store staff was really impressed at the design, especially being waterproof with a removable battery in a tablet running modern Android OS.My only minor disappointment is the hole thru the rubberized protection case for the headphone port seems to be a bit small, I had to remove the case and slightly enlarge it with a drill-bit to fit my headphone cables, an easy enough thing to do.
