  when this phine hit the market it was one of the best phine. but due to compitition of introducing new to market this phone was shut iff due to which no updates to ics. also ram is nly 490 mb which sometims hangs the phone...

  This phone is awesome..I brought it two years back and never faced any problem..havent gone to repair even once..battery back up and camera clarity of 5MP is really great..its a single GSM sim phone..buy it and enjoy..

  I hate it because the problems started within 24 hours of purchase:1. It hangs very frequently, to the point where I have to restart it.2. Click on whatsapp icon and you get a blank screen very often. Useless. Sound quality on watsapp very poor. Call drops/hanging screen frequent.3. This version supports neither Ola nor Uber apps.4. Making calls is a huge problem as the screen hangs after you click on the call icon and does not show if call gets connected or not. You get the joy of seeing this non-call appear as a call later in your call logs. Also call backs from people who picked up the non-call and spoke into thin air.5. The internet fails to open even google search. You keep watching the 'wait' circle moving, hoping for a miracle. So far no luck.6. Forget youtube.I will not spend a rupee on Samsung products again. Further:1. The phone was black.2. The box said free Bluetooth headset: I got a tacky little earplug-plus-mic-on-wire contraption.Basically this seller is a CHEAT.I have just bought far a cheaper Panasonic which is giving me brilliant results already. Uploaded all the apps I need. Internet response quick and Excellent Voice quality on Watsapp.
