I am writing this review after 2 years . Water pump , motor all conked off , parts not available locally . Had to get it repaired by a local mechanic only . Samsung service help does not come even after 4 reminders. It looks fancy , please avoid buying this machine . Buy only if you fancy looks . Does not wash well too.. Clothes still come out wet after drying function .

Installation is not completed.

Within 2 week the product outdoor unit washer got broken and complaint amazon and samsung but no one helped the issue
