To be honest. Buy this refrigerator only if u have a big family or u huy items in bulk.. For a family of 4 to 6 this fridge would have more than enough required space. Overall the fridge is top in it's class. It's very energy efficient. Used only 1 to 1.5 unit electricity per day. It's very silent and has a very good customer service from samsung.. Talking about cooling. It's very quick also the fridge doesn't get hot from the outside. The built quality is amazing as expected from samsung. The fridge has net capacity of 700 litres. Before buying do visit 6 8 shops to get the best price. I got it in 69000 from vijay sales delhi.

It is an excellent refrigerator overall. Very much spacious, fast cooling, keep vegetables and fruits fresh for long periods and functions very calmly.

10 year compressor warranty, pretty, spacious and all you could want - I bought for my parents a household size of 2-3 people.

Bought it from an offline store last week.Facing issues with cooling, when measured from a thermometer, the temperature in the display is not as in the fridge.Have raised ticket with Samsung to take a look

There?s been a small damage/dent on the fridge, I have sent a couple of emails but haven?t heard back.

Waste of money don't buy Samsung brand Refrigerator. very bed service and very bed cooling i Have buy Samsung refrigerator 2019 but at 1 months after i am very disappointed because its not working. Every time complaints in care but not respond in this matter now this time i have sell Samsung refrigerator only 1500-2000 rs only.refrigerator price is 27000rs. as you know Ice make time is 17 to 24 hours minimum and maximum time is 3-4 days. Please don't and Samsung Ac, And refrigerator........

Not a review of the fridge but of Amazon service.We had opted for an exchange of our older fridge. The fridge is in working order and has no damage / rust on the body. Reason for change - We were looking for a larger fridge. At delivery, the delivery person refused to take the old fridge since there was a crack on the vegetable drawer. Amazon support refused to help saying that they are a third party vendor. The questions asked at booking the fridge was if the product was in perfectly working condition - which it is. The later changes in terms and conditions was unprofessional of Amazon. Didn?t like the attitude and had to refuse the delivery.

Even after several complaints and several service visits by service personnel the refrigerator is not functioning. They have not been able to rectify the electronic temperature control. Several times our food has been spoiled. In these hard times this is a major loss. Purchased on 15th Sept.'19. Regret spending so much money on this refrigerator and suffering continuously.
