Delivered by amazon in time, installed by Samsung. It is working to our satisfaction. Be careful to wash white cloths and coloured cloths separately for better results. Use recommended washing powder only.

So far so good! Functioning quite fine and no complains. Be mindful that rigid stains would require extra effort by rubbing the detergent over those areas with hand and they have allotted the space for that in this machine which has been thoughtfully engineered.

product is too good and it's functions are also very good, the installation and demo is very bad by the techinician amit kumar is really very bad and he don't know how the machine works,i have gone through the catalogue and you tube for operations, he noted incorrect serial no my equipment pls send proper people

BUY IT FROM A SHOWROOM...IT IS Not cleaning clothes properly... wastage of money.

The machine has a big dent on it. Damaged during transit. Samsung installation personnel inspected it asked me to place a replacement request. So don't know anything about the actual workings of the machine. Will update if i get a replacement.

It's just an elephant no use of it's technology not workingIt didn't wash cloths. I did big mistake by buying now I have Rs.24k patre ka dabbaThe washing quality is worst than any machineI regret my self buying this and selling my old machineIf u wanna buy go for other but not this one specially SamsungAfter so research and usage I can say buying costly not give quality it's just marketing factors u can get same or best results in 15k machines so guys please don't go for costly one wash ur laundry not ur pockets
